1. Operator

2. Service

Curvit provides AI-assisted CV analysis and tailoring tools for guidance purposes only. Outputs are not professional career, legal, or employment advice. You should review all AI-generated content before use.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all decisions made using Curvit outputs. Curvit makes no guarantee that use of the service will result in successful job applications or employment.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use Curvit to:

  • Engage in any unlawful or abusive activity.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the platform.
  • Commit or facilitate fraud.
  • Upload documents you do not have the right to share.

5. Accounts

Access to Curvit requires a Google account via Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

6. Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance and processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial periods.

7. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the service. We may carry out maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload. Curvit retains ownership of the platform, software, and any improvements to the service. You grant Curvit a limited licence to process your content solely to deliver the service.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curvit's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Termination

We may suspend or revoke your access to Curvit at any time if you breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
